we supply Scotland

We have supplied numerous arena surfaces to customers in Scotland.

Every single customer with the exception of Strathclyde Police Mounted Branch have purchased FLAT STRIP RUBBER due to it's properties protecting the sand from freezing down to minus 13 degrees. Customers within the Scottish areas have always made enquiries primarily for a surface that will offer maximum protection possible against freezing.

Strathclyde police however have an indoor arena therefore the protection against freezing is not an issue.

We have very competitive rates of transport to all areas of Scotland whether delivering in bulk bags or in bulk.

Please see our testimonials regarding the FLAT STRIP RUBBER.

Welcome To Belvoir UK Ltd - Manufacturers of Equestrian Rubber Surfaces

Belvoir UK Ltd, based in Stoke On Trent, have over 24 years experience in the manufacture and supply of flat equestrian rubber for horse arenas to customers throughout Staffordshire and the UK.

The rubber flat strips are cut to a uniform size, but not too small, so that the strips of rubber interlock and stay on top of the sand and do not mix in. Therefore ensuring you are riding on a complete rubber surface.

This is the only type of rubber equestrian surface to allow carriages riding on an arena (wheels do not sink into the sand), due to the flat strips interlocking and sitting on top of the sand. We also supply Rubber Products that do mix in with sand. We supply Rubber Fibre Shred, traditional 20 mm Tyre Granulate and a unique Pro Mix product ( Click Here For More Information On Our Rubber Equestrian Surfaces And Products ). Top quality angular sieved Silica Sand is also available.

Helps Prevent Freezing Down To Minus 13 Degrees!
All Year Round Riding Surface / Frost Resistant!

Belvoir frost blanket

Arenas will freeze during winter making them unusable. It is the sand that will freeze especially since the sand will be retaining a lot of water and moisture due to the winter elements. The strip rubber forms a blanket covering over the sand thus protecting the sand from the cold and therefore helping the prevention of freezing.

Remember: Winter Conditions Can Last Up To 3 Months Of The Year Rendering An Arena Unuseable

See testimonials for clients commenting on the non freezing properties of Strip Rubber.

“A very good riding surface and despite a few falls from clients onto the surface, no bones were broken and no injuries sustained which improved their confidence and ours, proving that injuries will be reduced to a minimum.”
