we supply Scotland

We have supplied numerous arena surfaces to customers in Scotland.

Every single customer with the exception of Strathclyde Police Mounted Branch have purchased FLAT STRIP RUBBER due to it's properties protecting the sand from freezing down to minus 13 degrees. Customers within the Scottish areas have always made enquiries primarily for a surface that will offer maximum protection possible against freezing.

Strathclyde police however have an indoor arena therefore the protection against freezing is not an issue.

We have very competitive rates of transport to all areas of Scotland whether delivering in bulk bags or in bulk.

Please see our testimonials regarding the FLAT STRIP RUBBER.

Testimonials 2013

December 2013 (Rubber Fibre Shred)

We have used this product to refresh a sand/plastic mix in the indoor schools, and are very pleased with the results.Β  The schools are in use for a busy riding school, for lunging, turnout and competitions, both affiliated and unaffiliated.Β  We do dressage to advance medium and jump up to 1.30m.

The surface is nice to ride on, the horses move freely, and it is less dusty and easily maintained with the tractor leveler.Β  It has been a very cost effective way to improve and maintain a surface that has been down for over 25 years.Β  The surface can be seen on www.blackdykefarm.infoΒ  and I would have no hesitation in recommending it’s use.

We had a top up of Strip Rubber in August 2013.Β  The Service which we had from Neil was really good.Β  The arena looks beautiful.Β  We did have to buy a new barrow, as ours wasn’t suitable.Β  We are delighted with the surface and we have the knowledge that we will never have to have another top up.

Thanks Neil!

Great service and prompt delivery, Belvoir UK went the extra mile to ensure we had our gallop in tiptop condition, just when it was needed.

Thank you.Β

19th November 2013 (Strip Rubber)

I purchased the Strip “Rubber” six months ago for my lunging pen and found it very successful.Β  I found that when the pen was in use the surface did not gather up or become pitted as did the granulated rubber in the Manege.

I am very happy with the product and its durability and would recommend it to other horse owners and equestrian centres.

The service given by Belvoir UK was excellent.Β  We had a mishap when the delivery driver accidentally upset a bag on to a gravel surface.Β  I mentioned this to Belvoir and within a week a replacement bag was received without any charge.

I highly recommend this Company and its products.

15th November 2013 (Strip Rubber)

In October 2013 I purchased 3 tonnes of Strip Rubber from Belvoir UK Ltd to top up the existing surface of my arena, which was built by Charles Brittain approximately 12 years ago, with silicon sand and rubber surface.

I am very happy with the product, which has made a big difference to my surface, which has made a big difference to my surface, which was getting very patchy and requiring a lot more maintenance. I mainly use my arena for flat work, lunging and loose schooling and the strip rubber is an ideal top up surface and doesn’t move about or require much maintenance.

I have found Belvoir UK Ltd to be a very good firm to deal with, being helpful, professional, and providing excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again.

14th December 2013 (Rubber Fibre Shred)

Just a quick note to thank you for the fabulous service yet again!!
We have had the school extended and had no doubts whatsoever about doing the same surface (rubber fibre shred) as our original school stood up to everything the horses and the weather could throw at it and the maintenance is a doddle!

20th November 2013 (Strip Rubber)

We purchased the Rubber Strip Material to put on top of the sand for our Indoor School at Meadow Farm in March 2013.Β  The service, advice and prompt delivery could not be faulted. The product has settled well and provides a first class riding surface for Jumping, Lunging or Dressage.Β  We are very happy with the product.

Service Provided:Β  Supply only, excellent service and communication the assistance provided by Belvoir is second to none and the delivery drivers are excellent, very polite and rang me when they were 30 minutes away so we could be ready for them. Overall a very professional Service from the start to finish.

Performance and Durability:Β  The flat rubber strip has settled well and is fantastic to carriage drive on even for my 33 inch Shetland pony.Β  I have done fast work on it in the carriage and turned quickly, not once has the surface moved and the ponies love working on it.Β  Our 30 year old horse is sound on the surface where she struggles on others, and is happy to work again.

Other Factors:Β  I really like the fact that the product is easy maintenance and it really is, the surface really does not need much maintenance in the 3 months the surface has been down I have harrowed it twice and it is used 5 times a week for driving.Β  The forecast hurricane worried me that I may loose all of my precious rubber, but in fact it did me a favour and flattened the rubber out nicely and it did not shift around the school at all.

18th November 2013 (Rubber Fibre Shred)

In spite of thinking, when I saw the pile on delivery that it looked to be too fine compiled with the surface on the other school, it has proved very successful and is liked by all our dressage riders.

22nd December 2013 (Rubber Fibre Shred)

From the day we set out to have a mΓ©nage built, I found Neil at Belvoir UK most helpful with advice on sand type and quality needed. So when it came to adding a top surface, I got back in touch with Neil who recommended the Rubber Fibre Shred for our site and budget!

We are very pleased so far. We are in a very windy location and it doesn’t move. It is lovely and springy and only foes slightly “crunchy” with a hard frost protecting the sand. The only mistake we made was not leaving two openings for the tipper to deliver so it was quite laborious spreading it around the school! But well worth the effort.
